摘  要:目的 :采用透射电镜技术观察“脑还丹”对老龄去势大鼠海马CA3区及皮质神经元超微结构变化的影响。方法 :雌性SD大鼠卵巢切除后 7d开始给药 ,180天处死 ,常规灌注、固定、取材、切片、染色 ,观察神经原和突触结构变化。结果 :模型组神经原内线粒体等细胞器出现明显的变性、坏死 ,突触变性并间隙模糊不清 ,脂褐素堆积 ;雌激素组和“脑还丹”组未出现上述改变或改变明显减轻。Our research objectivis to study the effect of NaoHuanDan on the ultrastructure of the hippocampal CA3 and brain cortical neurons in the ovariectomized rat by means of transmission electron microscopy.Forty female Sprague\|Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: Control group, conjugated estrogen group, and NaoHuanDan groups, and experimental drugs or placebo were orally administrated per day for 6 months from day 7 of having been ovariectomized. The ultrastructure of hippocampal CA3 and brain cortical neurons' changes were observed under transmission electron microscope after routine perfusion, fixation, drawing materials, slicing up and staining. Results showed that there were obvious degeneration and necrosis in the mitochondrias and other organelles in the control group, accumulation of lipofucin in the cytoplasm. And degeneration of synapses and blurred of the synapse connection, but all these symptoms were significantly reduced after having been treated with conjugated estrogen and NaoHuanDan.
