摘  要:Carnation inoculated with leaf spot was cultivated under different concentration of nitrogen and calcium in this experiment. The result showed that the nutrition state [NO - 3(0.024%~0.025%),Ca 2+ (0.022%~0.0342%)] was helpful to keep higher activity of POD and PPO and enhance the carnation’s resistance to the germs.Carnation inoculated with leaf spot was cultivated under different concentration of nitrogen and calcium in this experiment.
