摘　　要：该仪器可以根据样品的相变点,人工设置降温曲线,以达到克服样品相变热,提高生物制品在低温冷冻预处理过程中的存活率的目的。使用USB技术,免去了机内插卡,实现了即插即用和热插拔,具有推广价值。The instrument introduced in this paper can be used to set the freezing curve manually according to the sam ple's phase changing point.Thus the survivability of the biological product during the pretreatment of freezing is improved with the absorption of the heat of transformation.By the application of USB,plug-and-play and hot plugging and drawing can be realized.With the avoidance of inserting card in the host,the instrument is worthy of popularization.
