摘　　要：通过对现有谈判支持系统 (NSS)结构、功能及设计原理等方面的分析 ,对已开发出的NSS系统存在的问题进行了总结 ,进而从模型设计和系统结构两方面对面向电子商务的NSS系统这一谈判支持系统最新研究成果进行了探讨 ,并指出 ,随着Internet的发展 。On the basis of analysis and evaluation for the structure, function and principle of the current negotiation support systems (NSS), this article summarizes the problems of the developed NSS. Furthermore, the article discusses the latest researching advance called electronic commerce-oriented NSS from the two aspects of model designing and system structure. In the end, the article points out that the electronic commerce-oriented negotiation support systems are the major tendency for the NSS with the development of internet.
