摘 要:目的 :探讨标本保存时间和温度对BeckmanCoulterSTKS全自动血细胞分析仪测定结果的影响。 方法 :抽取 10名健康自愿者血液经抗凝后分成三组 ,每组 10管 ,置于 4、2 2、37℃三个温度下 ,在 0、5、8、12、2 4h五个时间用BeckmanCoulterSTKS全自动血细胞分析仪进行全血分析。 结果 :标本置于 4℃时 ,WBC、HGB、MCV值在 2 4h内均保持稳定 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,差异不显著 ,而RBC和PLT在 8h时 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,差异显著 ;标本置于 2 2℃时 ,WBC、RBC、HGB值在 12h内均保持稳定 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,差异不显著 ,PLT在 12h、MCV在 5h时差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;37℃时 ,只有HGB在 2 4h ,WBC、RBC在 12h时差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,PLT和MCV在 5h差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。三个温度所测得三组WBC分布点图提示 ,在 2 4h时白细胞分布点图异常。 结论 :标本保存的最佳温度为 4℃ ;常温下标本测定的最佳时间为Objectives:To observe the effect of storage time and temperature of samples on the results determined by automated hematology analyzer Beckman Coulter STKS. Methods:Blood from 10 health volunteers were drawn into anticoagulant tubes and divided into three parts, every part included 10 tubes, samples were kept at 4℃,22℃ and 37℃, the whole blood cells were determined by automated hematology analyzer Beckman Coulter STKS in five different time of 0,5,8,12 h and 24 h, and the results of the 3 parts were compared. Results: When samples were kept at 4℃,results of WBC,HGB and MCV were steady in 24h( P > 0.05 ). But RBC and PLT were different statistically after 8 h ( P <0.05); When samples were kept at 22℃, WBC, RBC and HGB were not different statistically within 12 h( P >0.05), PLT and MCV were different after 12 h and 5 h ( P <0.05);When kept at 37℃,only HGB was stable in 24 h: WBC and RBC changed significantly after 12 h( P <0.05) and PLT and MCV changed statistically after 5 h( P <0.05). The three group white blood cell scatterplot of the three different temperature after 24 h were abnormal. Conclusions: For automated hematology analyzer Beckman Coulter STKS, the best temperature for sample storage was 4℃ ;and the samples should be determined within 5 h in the ambient temperature.
