摘 要:目的 :探讨地塞米松对慢性支气管炎大鼠呼吸道粘蛋白高分泌的抑制作用。 方法 :气管内注入脂多糖复制大鼠慢性支气管炎模型 ,检测病理学和粘蛋白含量的改变。 结果 :大鼠支气管粘膜中杯状细胞和粘膜下腺体增生肥大 ,分泌细胞内及支气管肺泡灌洗液和气管环培养液中粘蛋白含量增加 ;地塞米松可以抑制其相应改变 ,并减少对照组气管环培养液粘蛋白含量。 结论 :地塞米松可抑制基础分泌、分泌细胞增生肥大、合成分泌功能亢进。Objectives:To investigate the inhibition of dexamethasone on the hypersecretion of airway mucins in chronic bronchitis rats. Methods: Rat model was established by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide 0.2 mg. With image analysis and ELISA, it was observed that the changes of pathology and mucins, the effects of dexamethasone. Results: The rats shared many features of chronic bronchitis after instillation, including goblet cells hyperplasia, submucosal glands hyperplasia and hypertrophy, mucins overabundance in secretory cells, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and tracheal ring culture medium. Dexamethasone could remarkably inhibit tracheal wall incrassation, glands and goblet cells hyperplasia and hypertrophy, decrease mucins area% and pre secretion index of glands and epithelia, mucins in BALF and tracheal ring culture medium of chronic bronchitis rats, and mucins in control rats tracheal ring culture medium. Conclusions: Dexamethasone could inhibit basic mucins secretion of normal rats trachea, tracheal wall incrassation, goblet cells and glands hyperplasia and hypertrophy, excessive mucins synthesis and secretion in chronic bronchitis rats.
