摘　　要：目的 :通过对湖北产不同品种菊花的比较研究 ,考察金菊花和神农香菊花的质量。方法 :运用《中国药典》改良法测定湖北产不同品种菊花中挥发油的含量 ,并应用气相色谱法对不同品种菊花挥发油中樟脑和龙脑进行了分析 ;采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。结果 :挥发油的总含量为金菊花 >神农香菊 >贡菊花 >杭菊花 ;不同品种的菊花中总黄酮的含量无明显差异。结论 :神农香菊药用价值高 ,而金菊花更宜作茶用。Objective:The contents of volatile oil and total flavone in various kinds of Dendranthema morifolium were determined and the evaluation of the quality of Dendranthema morifolium in Hubei was made.Methods;The volatile oil was extracted from various species of Dendranthema morifolium by steam distillation. Gc was used to determine camphor and borneol in the essential oils. The contents of total flavone in various kinds of Dendranthema morifolium were determined by spectrophotometry.Results:There were significant differences in volatile oil contents and no obvious differences in total flavone contents were determined.Conclusion:This method can be used for quality evaluation of Dendranthema morifolium .
