摘 要:红石水电站机组振动诱发厂房振动 ,造成厂房立柱开裂。通过系统的数值分析与试验研究 ,结论认为 ,振源为机组与厂房共振。在此基础上 ,提出了厂房抗振加固方案。本文对加固方案进行了计算和试验探讨 ,从避免共振、提高厂房结构刚强度、以及保证厂房运行安全的目标出发 ,提出抗振加固的设计方案 ,并对实施后的效果进行了分析论证。In Hongshi Hydropower Station there exists vibration of units and induced vibration of powerhouses and dams. It is concluded through the numerical and experiment research that the source of heavier vibration is due to the resonance between the units and the structures, which has caused the cracking of columns. Based on the research works, some proposals have been put forward to reinforce the powerhouse.After the measures are taken, the vibration frequency of the structure becomes much higher than the rotating speed of the units, so the resonance can be avoided. The amplitude of the structure vibration is also decreased remarkably.
