摘　　要：由于在设计过程中没有对旧房屋的沉降进行观察和计算 ,新房屋①轴线基础采用旧房屋的基础而导致框架梁断裂和柱子开裂及倾斜。对此进行了分析并提出加固处理方法。Because the subsidence of the old building is not observed and calculated during its designing, the foundation of the old building was used for the foundation of the first axis of the new building,which resulted in beam breaking and column crack. All of this was analyzed and the strengthening methods were proposed.
