摘 要:利用溶液聚合的方法合成了聚醚聚氨酯(PEG-PU)和硬段模型化合物(HD),并以此二者和高氯酸钠为组分,制备了新型聚合物固体电解质。运用傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱、拉曼吸收光谱和交流复阻抗谱对该体系中聚合物-离子之间相互作用和离子导电性能进行了研究。结果表明:PEG-PU-5HD/NaClO4体系聚氨酯中羰基和醚氧基与钠离子之间存在络合竞争;体系的电导率随着温度的上升而提高,且在25~100℃导电行为符合Arrhenius公式;由于硬段模型化合物的加入导致体系离子电导率与盐浓度之间的关系较为复杂。Poly (ether urethane) (PEG-PU) and hard-segment model compound (HD) were synthesized by the technology of solution polymerization and a series of novel solid polymer electrolytes based on the complexes of poly(ether urethane), model-compound and NaClO4 were prepared. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and complex impedance analysis were used to investigate the polymer-ion interaction and ionic conductive property of the system. The results demonstrated that coordination competition of sodium cation existed between the oxygen atoms in soft segments and the carbonyl groups in hard segments. The ionic conductivity of the system increased with increasing temperature and obeyed the Arrhenius equation over the temperature range 25°C-100°C. With the addition of hard-segment model compound into the system, a complex change took place in the relationship between salt concentration and ionic conductivity of PEG-PU-5 HD/NaClO4 system.
