摘 要:用放射性 1 98Au示踪法研究胺类萃取剂从碱性氰化液中萃取微量金 ,考察了金浓度、萃取剂浓度、协萃剂含量、相比、p H值等对金萃取率的影响 .结果表明 ,当水相金浓度低于 1 mg/L时 ,萃取剂与金的摩尔比需大于 5 0 ,才能实现对微量金的完全萃取 .当金浓度大于 0 .1 g/L时 ,萃取剂与金摩尔比只要大于 1 ,协萃剂TBP的体积分数大于 2 0 %时 ,即可定量萃取金 .实验证明 ,1 98Au同位素示踪法具有快速、简捷、准确的特点 ,能同时测定有机相和水相的浓度 ,尤其适用于低浓度金的分析 .Solvent extraction of trace concentration of gold(Ⅰ) from alkaline cyanide solution by extractants, tetradecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride(TDMBAC), primary amine N1923, tri n octylamine(TOA) has been carried out by using a 198 Au radioactive tracer method. The influences of gold concentration, the molar ratio of extractant to Au(CN) - 2, volume percentage of synergic reagent, phase volume ratio and salting out agent have been studied. The results indicate that 198 Au radioactive tracer method is a quick, convenient, accurate method especially for extraction of trace concentration of gold. When the molar ratio of TDMBAC to gold (0 1 mg/L) is more than 50, the extraction percentage reaches 95%. The extraction percentage does not change much with the further addition of synergic reagent TBP(tributyl phosphate) after its volume percentage reaches 20%. Salt has little effect on the gold extraction. Stripping extraction of gold from such loaded organic phases was also discussed.
