尾式铁(Ⅲ)卟啉的合成及其光谱性质研究

摘　　要：合成了不同侧链长度的苯并咪唑基尾式卟啉及其 Fe( )配合物。化合物经质谱、1H NMR、UV- Visi-ble、IR等表征 ,表明苯并咪唑基与卟啉环通过醚氧键和醚硫键相连。光谱学研究表明侧链较短不利于尾端基团的配位 。Three new benzimidazole appended porphyrins 5 \[2 (2 benzimidazolethiol) ethoxyl] phenyl 10,15,20 triphenylporphyrin, 5 \[2 (3 benzimidazolethiol) propanoxyl]phenyl 10,15,20 triphenyl porphyrin, 5 \[2 (4 benzimidazolethiol) butoxyl]phenyl 10,15,20 triphenylporphyrin and their iron (Ⅲ) complexes were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, FAB MS, 1H NMR, IR and UV Visible spectra. The results indicate that the length of the side chain plays important role in the coordination of the terminal group to the iron (Ⅲ) center.
