摘 要:研究了经高压气相充氢氚并经 5a存放后的 3种奥氏体不锈钢 1Cr18Ni9Ti,HR - 1,HR - 2力学性能和断裂特征。经这种处理后 ,1Cr18Ni9Ti,HR - 1,HR - 2的断面收缩率分别下降 36 % ,12 % ,13%。不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti呈现明显脆断特征 ,HR - 1和HR - 2的断裂方式表现为具有较多韧窝的韧致断裂。经计算 ,氦的浓度相对于氚的浓度要低。本实验中 ,室温下拉伸时 。After being charged with hydrogen and tritium gases at high-pressure and kept for 5 years, the mechanical properties and fracture characteristics of three kinds of austenitic stainless steels of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, HR-1 and HR-2 were investigated. After being treated with the way, the reductions of area of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, HR-l and HR-2 decreased to previous 64%,88% and 87%, respectively. 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel shows obvious brittle rupture failure characteristics, while HR-1 and HR-2 steels present ductile fracture features with many dimples. The calculated results show that the concentration of helium is lower than tritium. In this experiment, when the samples were tensioned, the effect of hydrogen and tritium on the mechanical properties of the steels came mainly from the comprehensive action of hydrogen, tritium and helium produced from decay.
