摘  要:采用固体B-V-Re共渗处理,45钢及16Mn钢表面可获得HV1700~2400的高硬度,硬化层深度大于200μm,耐磨性及耐蚀性比未处理时提高近10倍.电站用引风机叶轮、叶片经多元共渗处理后装机,已运转4年之多,未见明显磨蚀,效果良好,大大降低了停机进行动平衡的次数.By means of B V Re solid permeation, the high hardness up to 1700 2400 HV and the hardened depth more than 20 μm can be obtained for 45 and 16Mn steels. It was found that the wear and corrosion resistances were increased by about 10 times, compared with those of the original materials. The B V Re solid permeation had been successfully used for protecting the gas turbine blades in the power station. After the components being subjected to B V Re solid permeation actually operated for four years, no obvious corrosion can be observed, which will remarkably decrease the frequency of dynamic balance.
