摘　　要：根据电度表集抄系统的要求 ,建立了电度表信息管理系统和数据库 .论述了基于客户 /服务器结构的网络电表信息管理系统的设计方案 ,重点介绍了数据库模式的选择 ,给出了本系统运行工作的流程图 .针对本系统对实时数据采集的要求 ,信息管理系统与数据库模块程序通过消息表对实时数据进行相应的处理 。An electric ammeter reading system and its database are developed in the project. This article discusses a design scheme of the network electric ammeter reading system based on client/server. Especially, the model of the database,and flow charts are used to explain the principle of the system. To meet the real time characteristics of reading data, the system processes the data handed by the module on the database with the help of message table, which solves the contradiction between real time characteristics of reading data and irregular running of the MIS.
