摘　　要：论述单道扫描式ICP -AES的一种新的快速分析方法及对其结果进行电算统计法处理问题。Re 197.31的发射强度被作为特定的参比指标。引用“质量综合指数”概念及有关计算公式 ,数据经过特定程序处理后 ,分析结果的精密度和准确度得到明显的改善。对分析结果统计处理的有关技术问题 。A new and fast analytical method by using of single channel scanning ICP-AES combined with data treatment for analytical results is presented. The intensity of Re 197.31 is used as reference index. The concept and formula of synthesis index for quality identification of analytical results are quoted in the specific computing program. Better precision and accuracy are obtained for analytical results after quick data processing. Some technical issues in the application of statistical principle are also discussed.
