摘　　要：建设项目工程造价的控制是一个贯穿项目建设全过程的复杂的系统工程。为了保证工程造价控制目标的实现 ,应在项目建设的全过程中 ,明确控制要素 ,抓住重点 。The control of engineering cost of construction item is a complex system engineering that penetrates the whole process of construction. For assuring the realization of the goal of engineering cost control, we must make the essential factor of the engineering cost control clear, catch hold of the main point of the engineering cost control, actively control the engineering cost, and correct the deflection at any moments in the whole process of construction.
