摘　　要：Incoterms2 0 0 0与《销售合同公约》是调整当前国际货物贸易关系的重要国际规范 ,二者之间存在密切的关系。为了在国际贸易实践中更好地运用 ,有必要对两者关于货物交付、货物收取、单据移交、货物风险转移、港口或特定行业的习惯做法、货物包装和货物运输合同订立等方面的规定作分析和比较。Both Incoterms 2000 and 'Treaty on Sales Agreement' are two international norms practiced in adjusting the current trading relations between nations and there exists close connection between these two. In order to better apply these two norms in foreign trade, it is necessary for us to conduct analysis and make comparison on the features between these two norms, including goods delivery, acceptance of goods, handover of documents, transfer of goods risks, practices in ports or particular professions, packing and formulation of transportation contracts, etc..
