摘　　要：中共领导的抗日根据地民主政治具有下列特色：各党派和各阶层参政的广泛性和平等性；“三三制”政府领导体制的独创性；民主选举制度的普遍性与直接性。The democratic politics in the Chinese Communist Party's anti-Japanese base areas has the follow- ing features: (1) Every party and stratum equally participate in government and political affairs. (2) The govenmental system,'San San System',is unique. (3) The democratic electoral system makes the people be able to participate in election universally and directly.
