积极发展虚拟经济 提高防御国际游资冲击的能力

摘　　要：在经济全球化浪潮中,发达国家占据明显优势,他们借助经济全球化和金融自由化,利用国际游资来摧垮别国金融体系,掠夺别国财富,实施其称霸全球的战略。因此,加强对国际游资的监管,探索建立符合各方利益的国际金融新秩序,是发展中国家在参与金融自由化过程中的首要课题。我国应该逐步开放资本市场,积极慎重地发展虚拟经济,同时应制定得力的监管措施,抑制其消极作用,防范和化解其潜在的风险,在迎接金融全球化的挑战中,提高防御国际游资冲击的能力。The paper suggests that China should opens its markets step by step and develops its visual e-conomy in a cautionary way and works out powerful supervisory measures to reduce the negative functions of the international shifting capitals so that the nation can enhance its ability against the hits by the shifting capital.
