摘  要:目的:探讨NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)_3-NaOH定量方法的专属性。方法:选用多种黄酮及非黄酮化合物,与NaNO_2、Al(NO_3)_3、NaOH试剂反应后测定400~700nm吸收曲线。结果:有些黄酮类物质在500nm处无最大吸收或吸收很弱,而有些非黄酮类物质在500nm处有最大吸收或有较强吸收。结论:以芦丁为对照品,NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)_3-NaOH比色法测定总黄酮方法专属性差。Objective: To probe into the speciality of NaNO2 - Al ( NO3) 3 - NaOH colorimetry for determination of total flavonoids. Method: Make a series of flavonoids and non - flavonoids react with NaNO2, Al (NO3)3, NaOH solution, then mensurate their absorption curves at the range of 400-700 nm. Result: At the wavelength 500 nm, some flavonoids showed no λmax or very weak absorption, and to the opposite, some non -flavonoids have maximized absorption or have upper absorption. Conclusion: It is not exclusive to determine total flavonoids by u-sing NaNO2 - Al ( NO3) 3 - NaOH colorimetry with rutin as reference substance.
