便秘舒胶囊中芦荟苷含量测定方法的研究

摘　　要：目的:对便秘舒胶囊中指标成分芦荟苷含量测定方法进行研究。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,KESTON ODS2(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为水-甲醇(58:42),流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长359nm。结果:本法平均回收率98.7％(n=9)。结论:建立了一种操作简便、重现性良好的高效液相色谱法测定含芦荟中药制剂中芦荟苷含量。Objective: A RP -HPLC method was developed for determination of assay of aloin in the Bianmishu capsules . Methods: Used RP - HPLC. The analytical column was a KESTON ODS 2 (250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5μm) column. The mobile phase was water - methanol (58:42). The flow rate was 1,0 mL·min-1 , and the UV detection wavelength was 359 nm. Results: The average recovery of the method was 98. 7%. Conclusion: The proposed method would be used in the quantitative analysis of aloin. And the method is covenient, economical and accurate with good reproducibility.
