摘　　要：目的　探讨ICAM -1、L -选择素及P -选择素在复发性生殖器疱疹 (RGH)患者发作期和静止期的变化规律及相关性。方法　用免疫荧光染色法及流式细胞术分析了 19例发作期和 16例静止期RGH患者外周血黏附分子ICAM -1、L -选择素及P -选择素表达情况。结果　RGH患者发作期外周血淋巴细胞ICAM -1表达显著高于RGH静止期患者及正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,淋巴细胞表达的L -选择素及血小板表达的P -选择素在RGH患者发作期、静止期及正常对照组之间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,外周血淋巴细胞ICAM -1的表达与RGH患者年复发次数有明显的相关性(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　RGH患者外周血淋巴细胞ICAMObjective To study the expression of ICAM-1,L-selectin and P-selectin in lymphocytes and platelets from patient with recurrent genital herpes (RGH). Methods Adhseion molecules ICAM-1,L-selectin and P-selectin were investigated in 19 active RGH and 16 in inactive RGH patients by using flow cytometric analysis and immunofluorescence staining method. Results Expression of ICAM-1 in lymphocytes from active stage RGH was significant higher than that of inactive RGH and control ( P < 0.01 ). Expression of L-selectin in lymphocytes and P-selectin in platelets from active stage and inactive stage RGH patients were not significantly different compared with normal control( P >0.05). In addition , the recurrence times of RGH were significantly correlated with expression ICAM-1 in RGH patient ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Expression of ICAM-1 in lymphocytes from active RGH increases. It is important to have further study on the pathogenic significance of ICAM-1 in RGH.
