摘　　要：制备了低分子肝素的外用喷雾剂 ,考察不同浓度的透皮吸收促进剂 N -甲基 - 2 -吡咯烷酮对低分子肝素经皮渗透的影响 ,并对制剂的药效进行了研究。结果表明 3%、5 %、8%浓度的促透剂效果明显 ,低分子肝素能够从喷雾剂形成的胶膜中透过皮肤进入体内 ,发挥其生物活性。Topical spray of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) was prepared.Enhancing ef- fects of N- methyl- 2 - pyrrolidone(NMP) in different concentrations on LMWH' s penetration through mouse skins were analysed.The results showed3 %、5 %and8%of NMP had a significant penetration en- hancing effectand LMWH in the gel membrane formed by the spray could penetrate through ratskin in vi- vo and exert its biological activity by preliminary pharmacodynamic tests.
