纳洛酮对慢性Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨纳洛酮对慢性 型呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法 :将 5 8例 COPD并 型呼吸衰竭患者随机分成两组 ,在常规治疗基础上治疗组每日一次用纳洛酮 1.6 mg加入 5 % GS2 5 0 ml中静滴 ,对照组用可拉明 1.875 g加入 5 % GS2 5 0 ml中缓慢静滴 ,疗程均为 5 d;观察临床症状、体征、肺功能、血气分析、β-内啡肽的变化及副作用。结果 :治疗组临床症状、体征、肺功能、血气分析等各项观察指标在治疗后的改善明显优于对照组 ,且无明显副作用。结论 :纳洛酮对 COPD并 型呼吸衰竭的疗效肯定 ,明显优于可拉明 ,且使用安全 。Objective:To investigate the effect of Naloxone on Ⅱ model chronic respiratory failure.Methods:Fifty-eight cases of COPD accompanied with Ⅱ model chronic respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups,namely the treatment group and the controlled group.On the base of routine treatment,1.6mg of Naloxone and 250ml of 5%GS was used once per day in the treatment group,The course of treatment was five days.The clinical symptom,sign,lung function,analysis of physical vigours,variation of β endorphin and side effect were observed in this paper.:Results:All the observable indexes including the clinical symptom,sign,lung function,And there was no obvious side effect.Conclusions:The effect of Naloxone on COPD accompanied with Ⅱ model respiratory failure is affirmative and better than that of coramin.It is worth application and dissemination for its effect and safty.
