金匮肾气丸中干地黄延缓衰老的作用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨干地黄在金匮肾气丸中延缓衰老作用的机制。方法 :①以果蝇为受试对象 ,在培养基中分别加入干地黄、金匮肾气丸、金匮肾气丸去干地黄水煎剂 ,观察对照组及用药组果蝇的寿命。②采用D 半乳糖背部皮下注射复制昆明种小鼠亚急性衰老模型 ,用干地黄、金匮肾气丸、金匮肾气丸去干地黄水煎剂灌胃给药 ,对照组、模型组给以等量的蒸馏水 ,观察干地黄等用药组、模型组和对照组血清SOD活性。结果 :3种煎剂均有延缓衰老作用 (与模型组比较 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,金匮肾气丸延缓衰老作用优于干地黄和金匮肾气丸去干地黄 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :干地黄是作为整体发挥延缓衰老作用的金匮肾气丸中不可缺少的主药。Objective:To explore the mechanism of rehmannia glutinosa libosch (RGL), a component in Jinkui Shenqi pill (JKSQP) for delaying senility. Method:① The fruit flies were taken as experimental objects. RGL decoction, JKSQP decoction and JKSQP without RGL (JKSQPWR) decoction were added into the culture media. The life spans of fruit flies in the drug administration groups and control group were observed. ②The sub acute senile mouse model was simulated by injecting subcutaneously D galactose in the Kunming mouse back. RGL decoction, JKSQP decoction and JKSQPWR decoction were administrated by intragastric injection. The distilled water was administrated to the mice of control group and model group. The serum superoxide dismutase activities of three drug administration groups, control group and model group were assayed. Result: RGL decoction,JKSQP decoction and JKSQPWR decoction all have the effect on prolonging life span (P<0.01, vs model group). The prolonging life span effect of JKSQP decoction was superior to that of RGL decoction, JKSQPWR decoction (P<0.01). Conclusion:RGL can not be absent in JKSQP, which depends on all its components to prolong life span.
