宫环止血片对置铜宫内节育器家兔血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究宫环止血片对置铜宫内节育器（Ｃｕ-ＩＵＤ）所致子宫异常出血的影响。方法　用吲哚美辛作对照，观察了宫环止血片对置Ｃｕ-ＩＵＤ家兔血液中血沉、红细胞比容、全血比粘度（低、中、高切）、血浆比粘度等血液流变学指标的影响。结果　宫环止血片能降低红细胞比容、降低全血比粘度和血浆比粘度，从而改变血液流变性，达到祛瘀止血的目的。结论　提示改变血液流变性可能是宫环止血片防治置Ｃｕ-ＩＵＤ引起的出血的机理之一。Objective To explore the mech anism of Gonghuanzhixue Tablets for t reating endometr orrhagia caused by Cu-IUD. Methods In contrast with Indomet hacin,we investigated the effe cts of Gonghuanzhixue Tablets on the indices such as blood sedimentation,hematoc nit ,total blood viscosity (low,middle,high)and serum viscosity in CU-IUD-weari ng rabbits. Results Gonghuanzhixue Tablets can decrease HCT,total b l ood and serum viscosity and improve blood rheology. Conclusion Th e results suggest that the chan ge of the blood rheology may be part of the mechanism of Gonghuanzhixue Tablets preventing and treating endometrorrhagia caused by Cu-IUD wearing.
