宫环止血片对置铜宫内节育器家兔子宫内膜形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨宫环止血片治疗Cu-IUD铜宫内节育器所致子宫异常出血的作用机理。方法 用吲哚美辛作对照，观察宫环止血片对置Cu-IUD家兔子宫内膜形态学变化的影响。结果 宫环止血片能减少置Cu-IUD家兔子宫内膜的炎性细胞及炎性渗出。结论 提示宫环止血片对置Cu-IUD引起的出血有良好的防治作用。Objective To explore the mechanism of G onghuanzhixue Tablets for treating endometrorrhagia caused by Cu-IUD. Met hods In con strast with Indomethaci n, we investigated the effects of Gonghuanzhixue Tablets on endometrial histomor pho logy of Cu-IUD-wearing rabbits. Results Gonghuanzhixue Tablets can de crease the inflammatory cellsand exudation of the endometrium and repair the dam age of endometrium. Conclusion The results indicate that endometro rrhagia cau sed by Cu-IUD can be prevented and cured effectively with Gonghuanzhixue Tablet s.
