摘  要:目的 :观察低频超声药物渗透治疗仪 (简称治疗仪 )与抗栓Ⅱ号综合治疗兔足重度冻伤对红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响 ,探讨重度冻伤的治疗机理。方法 :制备兔足重度冻伤模型。实验分成三组 ,重度冻伤对照组、治疗仪组和综合治疗组。检测红细胞膜C3b受体花环和红细胞免疫复合物 (IC)花环 ,连续观察冻伤后红细胞受体功能的动态变化。结果 :重度冻伤后 ,对照组和治疗仪组红细胞C3b受体花环率呈现波动性变化 ,而综合治疗组特续性升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;冻伤后各组红细胞IC花环率虽都明显升高 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,但治疗仪组冻后 1w较对照组明显低下 (P <0 .0 1) ,综合治疗组冻伤后 1w、2w、3w皆显著低于前两组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :治疗仪对改善红细胞免疫粘附功能有一定的作用 ,综合治疗则可明显提高红细胞免疫粘附功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of combined therapy of machine(low-frequency ultrasonic transdermal drug delivery machine) and antithrombus Ⅱ for severe frostbite of rabbit foot on the immune adherence funtion of erythrocyte receptor and to explore the therapeutic mechanism. Methods:25/20 severe frostbite model was made. The rabbits were divided at random into three groups: control, machine therapy, and combined therapy (machine+antithrombusⅡ).The immune function of erythtocyte was observed by measuring RBC C3b receptor rosette and immune complex(IC) rosette. Results:After severe frostbite, there were fluctuating changes of RBC-C3b receptor rosette rate in control and machine therapy groups but continuous increase in combined therapy group(P<0.01).Though the rates of RBC-IC rosette in all three groups were increased (P<0.01,P<0.05),that in machine therapy group was obviously lower than that in control in 1 w and those in combined therapy grorp were lower than those in control and machine groups in 1w, 2w, 3w after severe frostbite(P<0.01).Conclusion:Machine therapy has certain effect while combined therapy has more efficacious effect on improving the immune adherence function of erythrocyte receptor.
