摘　　要：本文描述了MOTOROLA新一代微控制器芯片MPC860PowerQUICC的主要硬件特性 ,并结合与MC68K系列的对比 ,简要介绍了MPC860软件开发特点。This paper describes the features of the main hardware of a new generation of MPC860 PowerQUICC Micro controller,compares them with those of MC68K families,discusses the development of the software for PowerQUICC and presents an instance of using MPC860Ts as kernel chip.
