摘　　要：本文结合电子商务发展的历史与现状 ,并依据信息技术的发展现状和趋势 ,阐述了新一代电子商务技术的主要内容及其发展趋势 ,总结归纳出了建设新一代电子商务的主要技术问题 ;根据电子商务未来的发展方向 。Based on the history and the actualities of the E business development, this paper expatiates on the main contents and the tendencies of the new generation of E business, and according to the direction and the actualities of IT development,summarizes the main techniques concerned in the construction of the new generation E business, and gives some suggestions about how to construct the new generation E business in China.
