摘　　要：基于错误隐藏的概念 ,总结分析了各种视频标准中常用的错误隐藏技术 .在此基础之上 ,将一些错误隐藏技术应用于本课题组研制开发的 MPEG- 1/ 2视频监控系统中 ,在编码端加入了码流重同步技术 ,在解码端实现了一种自适应的错误隐藏算法 ,使该系统的鲁棒性和稳定性有很大提高 ,而且和其他技术相比 ,这些算法并没有使系统增加过多的负担 。In the base of the concept of error concealment ,summarizes and analyzes the methods of error concealment in the video standards.Using the methods mentioned above,we realize a mpeg 1/2 digital video surveillance system with error concealment ,add resynchronizations in the coder and a self adaptive error concealment method in the decoder.The Robustness of the system is greatly improved,what's more,the methods we use only add a few payloads to the systyem.In practice the system works well.
