摘　　要：介绍姚孟电厂由上海汽轮机厂 70年代生产的 30 0MW汽轮机全电调改造DEH的设计特点和全电调改造液压系统的设计特点 ;叙述改造后DEH系统的功能 ,以及该项目的推广、应用、取得的经济效益和社会效益。It introduces design features of DEH of the pure electric control system retrofit of 300MW steam turbine in YAO MENG power plant made by the SHANG HAI steam turbine works and it of hydraulic system of it. Then function of DEH,application of the project,development of the project,economical profit and social profit gained are descrised herem too.
