摘　　要：西洋参茎叶皂甙及单体Ｆ１１连续灌胃５天，对小鼠断头致急性缺氧、双侧结扎颈总动脉致缺血造成的缺氧、ＮａＮＯ２、ＫＣＮ致化学性缺氧等均有明显的保护作用，并能显著抑制缺氧小鼠脑过氧化脂质含量的升高。? Panax quinquefolium saponin(PQS) and F11 administrated orally for 5 days had the markedly protective effects on the anoxia in mice induced by decapitation,the occlusion of the bilateral carotid arteries,the chemical anoxia caused by NaNO2 (800mg/kg,sc) and KCN(4.5mg/kg,ip).In addition,PQS and F11 significantly inhibited the formation of lipid peroxide in brain tissue of hypoxia mice induced by KCN (4.5mg/kg,ip).
