诺迪康胶囊对大鼠血液流变学及血小板聚集的影响

摘　　要：诺迪康胶囊２ｇ／ｋｇ和１ｇ／ｋｇ可明显降低大鼠全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数，还能明显抑制血小板聚集。? In order to research the action of promoting the blood circulation and removing blood stasis of Rodikang capsule,the hemorrheology and the platelet aggregation effect of it was studied.The results showed that when the dosage of Rodikang capsule is 2g/kg and 1g/kg,it improve the indexes of the red cell hemorrheology,and decrease the blood viscosity,inhibited the platelet aggregation.It's tentatively indicated that Rodikang play the action of promoting the circulation of blood and removing blood stasis,mainly by means of altering blood viscosity and affecting platelet aggregation.
