摘  要:用烯丙醇制成大鼠肝损伤模型,观察了丹参在损伤修复过程中对细胞核内AgNORs数目的动态影响。结果显示:与模型对照组相比,丹参可使损伤周围残存的肝细胞内的AgNORs数目很快增多,坏死区很快由再生的肝细胞填充。The experimental hepatic injury in mice was induced by allyl alcohol(AA).Dynamic effects were studied about Salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) on AgNORs in hepatic cells in the process of injury and repair.It was shown that the number of AgNORs in SM group increased faster than that in control group.Necrosis areas in this group were filled up with regenerated hepatic cells mainly other than fibrous granulation as in control group.This indicated that promoting the preliferative activity of hepatic cells near injured areas may be one of the hepatic protecting mechanism of SM.
