加味四君子汤对小鼠学习记忆的影响

摘　　要：本文采用跳台法、避暗法观察了加味四君子汤对东莨菪碱所致记忆获得障碍、电休克所致记忆巩固障碍及乙醇所致记忆再现障碍小鼠的影响。结果表明，加味四君子汤对学习记忆障碍小鼠有明显改善作用。 JWSJZT were studied for its effects on damage of acquisition of memory induced by scopolamine, disturbance of consolidation of memory induced by electric shock,damage of reproduction of memory induced by ethyl alcohol in mice by stepthrough,stepdown.The results display that JWSJZT can effectively improve damages of learning and memory in mice.
