日本灵芝对Ⅱ型变态反应的抑制作用

摘　　要：用Ｆｏｒｓｓｍａｎ皮肤血管炎反应、Ｆｏｒｓｍａｎ休克及反向皮肤过敏反应等模型研究了灵芝对Ⅱ型变态反应的影响。结果表明，灵芝６００ｍｇ／ｋｇｉｐｑ１２ｈ×３次能明显抑制豚鼠Ｆｏｒｓｍａｎ皮肤血管炎反应，缓解Ｆｏｒｓｍａｎ休克的体症变化；灵芝６００ｍｇ／ｋｇ、３００ｍｇ／ｋｇｉｐｑ１２ｈ×３次及８００ｍｇ／ｋｇｐｏｑｄ×６天均可使大鼠反向皮肤过敏反应的皮肤肿胀率显著小于对照组。以上结果说明灵芝可抑制Ⅱ型变态反应。 In this work,three animal models including Forssman cutaneous vascutitis (FCV),Forssman systemic shock(FSS) in guinea pigs and Reversed cutaneous anaphylaxis(RCA) in rats,were used to examine the effect of Ganoderma lucidum (GL) on Type Ⅱ Allergy.It was found that GL 600mg/kg ip×3 significantly inhibited FCV in guinea pigs and alleviated their general symptoms at FSS.The results were also showed that GL 600 & 300mg/kg ip×3 could decrease the skin swelling of RCA in rats,thus even by the oral administration,GL 800mg/kg po qd×6 appear to be of the same effect.On another experiment,we measured the blood pressure,heart rate andrespiration during Forssman shock in guinea pigs and found that GL could prevent the blood pressure suddenly rising which caused by sublethal dose of antiserum,but no significant effect on both heart rate and respiration when compared with the control group.
