一贯煎中多糖对小鼠SOD活性及LPO含量的影响

摘　　要：一贯煎及其多糖灌胃能升高小鼠红细胞和肝、脑组织中ＳＯＤ的活性，降低肝、脑组织中ＬＰＯ的含量。The effects of Yiguanjian and it′s polysaccharide on the activity of SOD and the density of LPO of mice were studied. The results showed that they had the follwing functions: 1.increasing the SOD activity in red cell and tissues of liver and brain. 2.decreasing the density of LPO in tissues of liver and brain. the results indicated that both YigangJian and its polysaccharide had antilipidperoxidation function.
