摘　　要：文章介绍了曙光3000超级服务器机群文件系统COSMOS中元数据服务器的设计与实现。针对机群文件系统对单一系统映象和可扩展性的要求,分析了机群文件系统元数据服务器基本操作的特点,找出了多个不同的元数据操作进行并行处理的可行办法,并给出了实现方案及系统性能的测试模型和测试结果。This paper introduce the design and implement of the meta data server in a single system image and scalable cluster file system. We trace and analyze some basic operations of Cluster File System Meta data Server based on AIX Vnode/VFS mode. Then we present the method about how to service meta data requests parallelly and implement it on COSMOS-the cluster file system of Dawning 3000 Super server. Finaly,we design two throughput test models of meta data operations and give their test results.
