川芎嗪对慢性肾炎患者血清脂质过氧化物的影响

摘　　要：慢性肾炎患者５４例分为对照组２０例，治疗组３４例。对照组采用常规疗法，治疗组在常规疗法的基础上加磷酸川芎嗪２００ｍｇ静脉滴注，每日１次，疗程１５天。测定两组患者疗前、疗后血清脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）及超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ），并观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组ＬＰＯ降低、ＳＯＤ升高的程度及临床疗效明显优于对照组。54 Cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were divided randomly into treated group (34 cased) and control group (20 cases). The control group used routine therapy, and the treated group used intravenously injected Ligustrazine 200mg a day for 15 days on the basis of the routine therapy. The levels of serum LPO and SOD were measured before and after treatment in the two groups, and the curative effects were observed. The results showed the degree of LPO reduced and SOD increased, and the curative effects in the treated group were obviously better than the control group.
