摘  要:本文采用正常、环磷酰胺(Cy)诱导增强和降低的DNFB性迟发型超敏反应(DTH)模型以及丝裂原ConA、LPS诱导的淋巴细胞转化的方法,比较研究了冬虫夏草(CS)和中国拟青霉(PS)对机体细胞免疫功能的影响。结果表明:CS(0.5、1.0g/kg·d×7d)和PS(1.0、2.0、4.0g/kg·d×7d)对正常小鼠DTH反应无明显影响,但CS(2.0g/kg·d×7d)和PS(4.0g/kg·d×7d)均可使增高或降低的DTH恢复到正常水平(P<0.01)。在体外,CS(0.244~7.8mg/ml)和PS(0.488~3.9mg/ml)均可明显提高ConA活化的淋巴细胞转化反应(P<0.01),并均在0.975mg/ml时作用达到高峰:CS(0.244~7.8mg/ml)和PS(0.122~7.8mg/ml)均可显著增强LPS诱导的淋巴细胞转化反应(P<0.01),并呈剂量依赖性,在1.95mg/ml时作用达到高峰。由此可见。 Influence of CS and PS on celllular immunity in mice was comparatively studied.DNFB induced delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) combined with enhanced or suppressed DTH model established by ip cyclophosphamide (Cy),and suboptimal mitogen (ConA,LPS) induced lymphocyte transformation were employed in vivo/vitro,respectively.The results indicated that CS(0.5,1.0g/kg·d×7d) and PS((1.0,2.0,4.0g/kg·d×7d) hadn′t any influence on DTH reaction,however,CS(2.0g/kg·d×7d) and PS(4.0g/kg·d×7d) thoroughly restored over magnified or attenuated DTH reaction induced by Cy (P<0.01).In vitro assay,both CS(0.244~7.8mg/ml) and PS(0.488~3.9mg/ml) significantly enhanced ConAinduced lymphocyte transformation (P<0.01),the optimal concentration was 0.975mg/ml;CS(0.244~7.8mg/ml) and PS(0.122~7.8mg/ml) markedly elevated lymphocyte transformation induced by LPS in a concentration dependent manner (P<0.01),1.95mg/ml was the optimal dose.In conclusion,both CS and PS regulated cellular immune function in mice.
