无花果对免疫抑制小鼠的溶血素及淋巴细胞转化的影响

摘　　要：无花果５ｇ／ｋｇ（ｐｏｑｄ×６）能明显促进环磷酰胺抑制小鼠的淋巴细胞转化率，２ｇ／ｋｇ，５ｇ／ｋｇ还能明显提高抑制鼠的血清溶血素水平。无花果５ｇ／ｋｇ能对抗环磷酰胺造成的小鼠体重下降。The effect of Ficus carica L. on immune system in immunosuppressive mice were studied. The results were as followings: Ficus carica L.5g/kg(po qd×6) could increase HC 50 of immunosuppressive mice significcantly and 2g/kg, 5g/kg markedly promote lymphocyte proliferation compared with cyclophosphamide(CY) group.It also caused slight increasing of body weight in mice. These results suggested Ficus carica L.has immunological protective effect to the damage caused by CY.
