新正天丸对偏头痛患者5-HT_(1D)受体基因、ET、NO含量影响的研究

摘　　要：３１例偏头痛患者血浆ＥＴ、ＮＯ、５ＨＴ１Ｄ受体表达明显高于２０例正常对照组，服用新正天丸后，患者血浆ＥＴ、ＮＯ含量显著降低，５ＨＴ１Ｄ受体基因表达明显下降，提示偏头痛的发生与血浆ＥＴ、ＮＯ及５ＨＴ１Ｄ受体基因表达有关，新正天丸能通过降低ＥＴ、ＮＯ含量，抑制５ＨＴ１Ｄ受体基因表达达到治疗偏头痛的目的。The contents of NO,ET and periphery lymphocyte 5 HT 1D Receptor Genetic Expression in magraine patients were determined.The results showed that the contents of NO,ET and 5 HT 1D Receptor Genetic Expression in the magraine group were significantly higher than that of in the control group,the contents of NO,ET and 5 HT 1D receptor genetic expression were reduced obviously after taking New Zhengtian Pill.
