摘　　要：Ｋ５６２细胞对多种化疗药物诱导凋亡具有抗性，本文以ＡＯ／ＥＢ染色法、细胞分光光度术、ＤＮＡ凝胶电泳及电镜观察等方法，发现姜黄素可显著诱导Ｋ５６２细胞凋亡，提示该药对治疗慢性粒细胞性白血病可能有价值。The effects of curcumin(Cur)on inducing apoptosis of K562 cells was studied by using flow cytometry,AO/EB fluorescent staining,DNA agarose gel electrophoresis and electron microscope.The results showed that an exposure of cells to Cur 1.0～10.0μg/ml for 24h produced a dose dependent decrease of both G 0 G 1 phase cells and G 2 M phase cells,and a dose dependent increase of both S phase cells and sub G 1 phase cells.The typical apoptotic morphological changes also can be found.
