苓丹片、青蒿琥酯对SLE小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：用ＬＰＳ诱导ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ小鼠制备了ＳＬＥ样模型。苓丹片配青蒿琥酯及少量激素在改善小鼠一般状况、降低死亡率及升高Ｔ、Ｔｈ、Ｔｈ／Ｔｓ水平、降低Ｔｓ方面均有显著作用。We have successfully built up SLE model of mice induced by bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) according to WHO Immunology Research and Training Centre Tito Cavallo and Francisco.The model of mice also accord essentially with the pathological pattern of SLE.The experimental results showed that the T、Th、Th/Ts quantity of SLE mice is lower than that in normal,whereas that of Ts is higher.Treat with Lingdan tablet,a Chinese herbal prescription,and artesunate can increase the T、Th、Th/Ts quantity of mice,lwer the Ts quantity of mice.
