参维灵调节胃肠运动的作用

摘　　要：参维灵酒液皮下注射对正常小鼠胃排空有抑制作用，对新斯的明引起的胃排空亢进也有抑制作用；该药水提液灌胃给药对正常小鼠小肠推进和新斯的明引起小鼠小肠推进亢进有抑制作用；对肾上腺素引起的小鼠小肠推进抑制有拮抗作用；对盐酸吗啡引起的小肠抑制无明显的影响；该药水提液对家兔十二指肠自发活动有抑制作用，并能拮抗乙酰胆碱、氯化钡引起离体回肠的痉挛性收缩，部分解除肾上腺素对离体十二指肠的抑制作用。The effect of Shenweiling on regulating the gastrointestinal motility was studied.The results showed that Shenweiling can inhibit gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion,inhibit gastric hyperemptying and intestinal hyperpropultion induced by neostigmine,and reduce inhibition of intestinal propulsion induced by adrenaline in mice.It was also found that Shenweiling can inhibit the automatic activity of isolated rabbit intestine,antagonize spamodic constraction of isolated rabbit intestine induced by acetylcholine,barium chloride,reduce the inhibition of isolated rabbit intestine induced by adrenaline.It was suggested that Shengweiling has a better effect on regulating gastrointestinal motility.
