清热中药对大鼠体温调节中枢Na^+/Ca^(2+)的影响

摘　　要：用黄芩、银花、连翘组成清热方，从体温调节中枢神经介质方面探讨了清热方的解热作用机制。实验结果表明降低体温调节中枢Ｎａ＋／Ｃａ２＋，从而抑制体温调定点上移是清热方的解热作用机理之一。We selected typical clearing heat herbs Scutellaria Root,Honeysuckle Flower and Forsythia Fruit to form clearing heat prescription and probed in its antipyretic mechanism on temperature regulation center.The results showed that reducing Na +/Ca 2+ in the temperature regulation center was one of antipyretic mechanism of clearing heat herbs.
