广藿香三种提取物对肠道功能作用的比较

摘　　要：广藿香的水提物、去油水提物和挥发油均可抑制离体兔肠的自发收缩和乙酰胆碱、氯化钡引起的痉挛性收缩，对乙酰胆碱和氯化钡引起的收缩作用强度顺序是：挥发油＞去油水提物＞水提物。在整体实验中，广藿香水提物和去油水提物均能抑制正常小鼠胃肠推进运动和新斯的明引起的小鼠胃肠推进运动亢进，对抗番泻叶引起的小鼠腹泻。而广藿香挥发油反促进腹泻。结果提示广藿香改善肠道功能和抗腹泻的有效成分可能为水溶性成分。To look for the active ingredients,effects of three extracts of Herba Pogostemonis on the intestinal function were compared.It was found that all three extracts (decoction,oilfree decoction and volatile oil) of Herba Pogostemonis inhibited the automatic and Achas well as BaCl2induced spasmodic contraction of isolated rabbit intestine.The volatile oil is the most potent for the Achand BaCl2induced spasmodic contraction.The decoction and the oilfree decoction also inhibited the normal and neostigmineinduced intestinal propellent movement and reduced the frequency of Cassia angustifolia leafinduced diarrhea in mice.Otherwise,the volatile oil increased the frequency of diarrhea.These results suggest that the active ingredients of improving the intestinal function and antidiarrhea of Herba Pogostemonis are water soluble.
