灵芝对佐剂性关节炎的作用

摘　　要：腹腔注射灵芝１ｇ／ｋｇ，可使佐剂性关节炎（ａｄｊｕｖａｎｔａｒｔｈｒｉｔｉｓ，ＡＡ）大鼠急性炎症和继发性炎症明显减轻，ＩＬ－２和ＩＬ－１的产生有一定恢复，淋巴细胞增殖反应低下状态有一定改善。The effect of Ling Zhi(LZ,Granoderma lucidum,Fr.Karst)on adjuvant arthrit is was examined in rats. LZ(B)1g/kg ip reduced acute inflammation in injected paw, prevented any other chronic inflammation and kept rats gaining weight; to some extent,LZ(B) restored the diminished ConA-induced proliferation response and interleukine-2 (IL-2) synthesis observed in spleen cells,increased LPS induced macrophage interleukine(IL-1) production. Dexamethason 0.5mg/kg ig though had therapeutic effect on adjuvant arthritis,caused the involution of adrenal,thymus and spleen,and the rats growth was slow.
